- Unlimited AI Communication and Notifications 5.1
Consent to Communications: By subscribing to our Services, you consent to receiving AI-generated communications through various channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, and messaging platforms, unless and until you opt out.

Opt-Out Procedure: You may opt out of communications at any time by following the instructions provided in such communications or by contacting support at support@dialogist.ai. Opting out may limit your access to certain features of the Services.

Arbitration: At our sole discretion, any disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
